New reporting portal

The Hungarian authorities have been providing a new website on the posting of workers to Hungary (Posted Workers Directive – PWD) since March 1, 2024. This new interface will be used to comply with reporting and registration obligations in connection with the posting of workers to Hungary. Login details that were set up via the old portal are not automatically transferred to the new portal. A new access must be set up. Your old reports will not be transferred to the new portal, but they remain valid and do not need to be reported again.

The old portal is still available for the time being. However, the Hungarian authorities recommend using the new portal from now on and no longer submitting new reports via the old portal.

Do you need help registering your employees in Hungary? Do not hesitate to contact us. With our Easy Access reporting tool, we support you in obtaining all important documents for your employees’ business trips within and outside of Europe.
